My birthday and Easter decor~

Hello dolls~ 

On Wednesday I celebrated my birthday and it was a lot of fun! Got some more awesome presents as well. I didn't get to take many pictures (I'm very forgetful sometime...-.- sorry), so there isn't much from my party in this post.

I really regret not taking a picture of the decorations... spent lots of time putting it up >.< This is the only picture I have of the decoration. 

Had lots of balloons, but by the end of the night some of them had been popped.. ><

 My friends are really random and like to do crazy jokes and mess with us, and this time was no exception. Audun and Silje had this master plan to draw on us all when we had fallen asleep and also put glitter all over us. Luckily they didn't get to draw on anyone (I've been the victim of that one before, woke up with smiley faces under my toes... xD), but most of us walked around with glitter in our hair the next day. Managed to snap this picture of Auduns hair, looks really cool atually, and no filters or editing has been done. ^.^

Today I've decorated my room for Easter, and it looked really cute. I've got yellow flowers, chickens, eggs and bunnies all over my room. ^o^ 

This is how my desk look at the moment. The pink Asian umbrella was one of my presents~ 

I really love all these holidays because I love decorating my room with this sorta stuff. I don't know why, but I always feel really happy when it's the holidays, and not only because we get free from school. ^^ 

Thought I'd also throw in a picture of my Easter outfit today~

Material girl for a day

Hi everyone! :D

Remember me? It's been some time since my last post. I'm home from Sweden, and I can finally enjoy the Easter holiday. I've been taking everything nice and slow, and relaxed. Well, except from Gulli's birthday party last night, but that's another story.
Just because I haven't been blogging, it doesn't mean that I forgot about you. I've been doing some technical updates, as you can see in our new header.

The day after I returned from Sweden, I got a lovely surprise! Almost everything I've ordered arrived that day. I feel a bit sorry for the mail man who had to see me in work out clothes with messy hair and facial mask, but hello, who looks good at 10 am in the first day of vacation?
I got my package from Milanoo fashion as well as the NU'EST album. (Happy fangirl right here!)

I even got NU'EST pins, haha. Time to really show off my fangirling.

It was the special edition, so I got a 200 page photobook too!  \^.^/ 

I figured out that it's pretty hard to take photos of photos. But you see the content.

I got more than this, but you'll get to see it over time.

Now I'll enjoy the rest of the evening, and I hope you'll do too ^^

Hi again everyone! :D

Sorry for not blogging yesterday, Gulli is still a bit sick, and wanted me and a friend to join her, crushing her ginger bread house! We had a fun time together, though I was a little bit devastated to crush something that pretty :/ Both Gulli and our friend Audun are superb chefs, and make lovely cakes and muffins. I am, on the other hand, just happy if the kitchen doesn't burn down in the process. The house was so cute, and I can't imagine how long time she spent to decorate it. Just to crush it with a hammer. Because we didn't want crumbs to fly all over the place, Audun put a plastic bag over the house, while Gulli hit it multiple times.
It was just like an execution!! I sat on the couch covering my eyes, and waited for it to be over. If you didn't understand that yet, I'm a very compassionate soul.

Look at the pretty little house :3 Before it was smashed to pieces, and eaten up, that is.
She even melted lollipops to make multicolored window glass! My house hardly had any windows at all...

Anyway, I'm finally starting to get back in my everyday routine. My teachers obviously haven't heard of "a smooth start", and packed us up with tests and homework already. It seems like everything has started like a big explosion, and it gives no time for laid back persons like me to get back on track.
Well, I guess you just have to go with the flow sometimes ^^
The Christmas snow has melted away in our town now, and in the previous days it's been raining a lot.
No idea why, but it makes me so happy! I think I might be in love with rain. It's perfect for getting back in the normal routine, and after a long Christmas inside, it feels so refreshing. Also, raindrops drumming on the roof is my ideal lullaby :3

I haven't told you about my New Year resolutions yet, maybe I'll write a post about them later ^^
But I picked up a lovely idea from Rainbowholic, a super cute and inspiring blogger and fashionista I'm following! If you're having troubles staying encouraged throughout the year, why don't you write down what you're happy and grateful for on small pieces of paper, whenever you remember something?
Then you can store them in a jar or something similar, and read them at the end of the month or whenever you feel down ^.^

I'll try to do this, as you never know when you'll need some encouragement and inspiration!

Holiday make-up + Christmas outfit

Hello!

I thought I'd show some of my holiday make-up and outfits. I really love playing around with colors and different styles both when it comes to make-up and fashion. My make-up is focused on the eyes and making them bigger and being visible through my glasses. The eyeliner is one of my favorites and I often use it both for everyday and parties.

Regular parties and everyday:

This is a look I'd wear to regular parties and also everyday. It's mostly white kajal, mascara, eyeliner and brown eye shadow. I really like this because it makes my eyes look really big! By adding sparkling eye shadow or glitter eyeliner it can be a more party look, and by removing the eyeliner or mascara, it gets a lot more toned down.

Christmas eve:

 I posted a picture of my make-up for Christmas eve yesterday, but here is one with my eyes shut so you can see the eyeliner better. I chose to go quite minimal, and mostly had eyeliner and mascara on.

And here's a picture of the dress I wore. It's really simple, and has a nice little gold detail on the left side of the chest which you can't really see here... The dress goes almost down to my knees and has a nice, little flow in it. :) Also added a black cardigan over to keep my arms warm. Paired it up with some black pumps too.
